We treat our clients' work as our own. That means not stopping at the contracted scope, but raising the things a business should be aware of — even when they fall outside the work we were asked to do.
When we find a problem in a client's records, we say so plainly — including when it is not what anyone wants to hear. A figure made to look better today usually becomes a much larger risk at the next finalisation.
Every piece of work has a defined scope, process and owner, agreed in writing before it starts. Work is reviewed internally before handover, rather than depending on individual memory or habit.
Advice rests on the figures and the rules in force, not on what any party would prefer to hear. Where an option carries risk, we present the risk alongside the option so the business can decide with full information.
